Rather than one‑off classes, SoulFire Movement delivers 7–14 week emotional wellness programs designed to create consistency, trust, and real change over time.

SOUND BATH INTERGRATION (ADD-ON)

Sound Baths can be added to the closing meditation portion of any program session. Using crystal singing bowls, this experience supports deep relaxation, emotional release, and integration of the movement practice.

Expect an electrifying playlist featuring Hip-Hop, R&B, Soca, Afrobeat, Salsa, Pop, and conscious high-vibrational tunes, keeping your body in motion and your spirit uplifted.
